My journey

My path into technology didn't start in a computer science classroom — it started with curiosity about how businesses actually work. After an engineering degree in Electronics & Communication, I spent years as a freelance software developer, even taking a brief detour into banking, before something became clear: the businesses I worked with weren't struggling because of a lack of ambition. They were struggling because their technology couldn't keep up with their operations.

That realization led me to found Increatech Business Solutions in 2013. What started as a small technology firm has grown into a partner for businesses navigating ERP systems, custom software development, and — in recent years — practical AI integration. Along the way, I also founded JustCloudify, extending that same philosophy into cloud infrastructure.

Somewhere between managing cross-functional teams and architecting resilient systems, I went back to the classroom — earning an MBA, then an MCA, and now pursuing a PhD in Management Information Systems. Not because I needed the credentials, but because I wanted to understand the "why" behind the systems I was building, not just the "how."

My philosophy

Technology should be an accelerator, not a hurdle. I've seen too many businesses invest in AI or software that impresses in a demo but never survives contact with real operations. My work is grounded in the opposite instinct: start with the business problem, and let the technology follow.

That means:

• I transform ideas into scalable software products.
• I simplify digital transformation for SMEs.

Lessons learned

Thirteen years of running a technology firm teaches you that the hardest part of digital transformation is rarely the technology itself — it's translation. Translating business goals into technical requirements. Translating technical risk into board-level language. Translating AI hype into a use case someone can actually act on.

That translation work — bridging business and technology — is what I now focus on through consulting and training, alongside continuing to lead Increatech and JustCloudify.
